The end of the year is coming, and we’ve nearly completed our integrations with every US state! This week, we’ve released support for:
If you’re familiar with the way notes work in our Tracking module, you’ll be a fan of our changes to Notes in the credentialing sections! We’ve added the ability to save notes as discrete, time-stamped entries – and better yet, you can even restrict your notes to specific Teams (if you belong to more than one).
You’ll notice a change in our payor naming convention as of today – you’ll now see that payor applications are listed in the order “Payor Name – Practice/Affiliation info” instead of leading with payor type and subtype, making it easier to sort and find your applications at a glance.
When sending a payor email, in addition to filtering payors from the list by state and status, you can now also filter them by Practice/Employer or Facility Affiliations.
For those of you with Gmail accounts, you’ll notice that we are now able to store periods (.) in these email addresses. While Gmail doesn’t actually differentiate between emails with or without periods (for example, it treats john.smith@gmail.com and johnsmith@gmail.com as the same address), we know it’s important that you see the email address exactly as you enter it. Please note that this change won’t update existing addresses in our system, only new ones, but you can always update emails in OneView whenever you need.
