State Updaters:  

Our 2019 goal is to complete primary source verifications for controlled substance licenses, and we already have six updaters to share with you! In addition to the CS licenses, we’ve also rolled out support for more license types in the following states:

• Controlled Substance – Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Oklahoma, & South Carolina
• Behavioral Health licenses – Maryland
• LMFT and LAMFT licenses – North Carolina
• Psychology licenses – Oregon

Primary Source Documents:

Each time you run an updater and save a document to your provider’s profile, we automatically store the file in a specific category of the Documents section. We’ve made a couple tweaks to improve the process, so here’s what you’ll see:

• State licenses > State License Verification category
• DEA > DEA Verification category
• CSL > State Controlled Substance Verification (new category!)

Payor Reports:

If you’re an avid note-taker, you’ll appreciate this update – you’ll now see Team Notes (just the most recent one) right after the regular Notes column in the Payor CSV report.
