We’ve updated your OneView® dashboard to include a direct link to these New Features for quick and easy access. The link can be found right next to Training & Support on the top of the page.

OIG:

The exclusion list is serious business, so we wanted to make our OIG updater as clear as possible. Now, if no results are found when you run the updater, you’ll see two new options: “Acknowledge and Close” (closes the window without doing anything else) or “Save OIG Verification” (saves the no-results document to the provider profile). (see image above)

Address Information:

As always, we’re thinking of ways to save you time in the credentialing process. We’ve added full address information to the following credentialing fields:

• Education & Training
• Work History

Payors:

Many of you requested changes to the Payor Email, and we’ve delivered! You’ll now see Provider # in the email – just note that the number is location-specific. In addition, the logo of the team you’re in when you send the email will display at the top of the message.

Provider Driver License:

We’ve upped our security game and encrypted all driver licenses stored in OneView. You can still access them – you’ll just need to re-enter your password to unlock the driver license field.
