DEA Reciprocity: In response to Covid-19, the USDOJ published a notice regarding DEA reciprocity, which allows providers to dispense controlled substances in their home state, as well as any state that has reciprocity with their home state. This change is not recorded on providers’ individual licenses, but we’ve added a link to the notice above the DEA section so you can monitor any changes to the policy. If you are looking to track state reciprocity on your providers’ DEA licenses, you can use the Notes function to list the appropriate states.
