SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)— Modio Health, a CHG Healthcare company transforming the management of healthcare provider credentials, today announced co-founder and chief operating officer, John Bou, will now serve as the company’s president.
“John co-founded Modio 10 years ago with a clear vision for how technology could revolutionize provider credentialing while addressing the critical need for innovation in this space,” said Kerry Norman, Executive Vice President of Operations at CHG Healthcare. “His leadership has been invaluable to both Modio and the broader CHG family. We’re excited to see him guide the company into its next chapter.”
Also with this change, former Modio president and co-founder, Kirk Heath, MD, is moving to serve as a physician advisor to CHG. “I’m thrilled for John to take the helm as president, bringing his vision and strong execution skills to our strategic plan,” says Kirk. “With his leadership, John is well-positioned to take Modio to new heights in the provider management space.
