Logins:
- Here’s our favorite new feature: Store login credentials to common credentialing websites (like state licensure boards, CAQH, NPPES, and more) right in OneView! Save your own logins, or choose one of your providers and enter theirs . All of your data is securely encrypted, and once you save a login, you’ll need to re-enter your Modio password to see it again.
So who can view what?
- If the Account owner is set to a Coordinator: other Coordinators in your organization can view the username and password too.
- If the Account owner is assigned to a specific Provider: both the Provider and all coordinators in your organization can view the username and password.
OneView Dashboard:
- We added a shortcut to make OneView easier to navigate – just hover over any provider’s image and click on the Profile button that appears. This reveals a quick summary of an individual provider with information like NPI number, current practice, medical licenses, etc. Wondering where the profile picture edit went? Once you’re viewing the provider’s mini profile, click on the provider icon, select change, and upload a picture from there.
Personal Information:
- Worry less about locking your account every time you leave your computer. Provider’s social security numbers are now encrypted for extra security. To reveal an SSN, you’ll have to enter your Modio password, even if you’re already signed in.
State Medical License:
- When adding a state medical license for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you now have the option to include a supervisor name.
We have a bucketload of new nursing titles available: AGNP-BC, AGPCNP, ANP, ANP-BC, ANP-C, APN, APNP, APRN, APRN-RX, ARNP, CCRN, CRNA, CRNP, FNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C, MSN, NP, NP-C, RNFA, and WHNP.
Healthcare Payors:
- We’ve added a new Practice/Employer/Hospital Affiliations field under Payors to help distinguish which facility your payors are associated with. Choose from the drop-down list of facilities to make a new association.
