Licensure Uploads: You asked for it, and we delivered! You can now upload files in the Licensure section (like a renewal verification letter or pocket certificate), and it’ll show up in the Documents section, too.
OIG Matches: We’ve updated our integration with the OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE).
Find the updated version in the individual Compliance Report and click on “Last Updated” to see a digital certificate.
The new statuses are Pass, Fail, Match or Reinstate –
- Pass – We did not find any matches to your providers’ NPI or First/Last Names on the Exclusion List.
- Fail – We found an exact match to your provider’s NPI on the Exclusion list.
- Match – We found a possible match to your provider’s First and Last Name (and potentially also Birth Date or Middle Initial). You will need to verify this match using the provider’s SSN to confirm that this is the correct person.
- Reinstate – We found a match for the provider on the Reinstatement List across all fields.
Education & Training: Fellowships, Residencies, Internships and Other Education now include three contact fields for the Program Director section:
- Phone
- Fax
Practice / Employer:
Nobody likes paying bills, but at least you can make sure they go to the right place. There’s a new billing address tab in the Practice/Employer section; check “Update address from master record” to pre-populate it.
Peer References: Best friends are forever – but what about your colleagues? We’ve added new fields for “length of time known” and a date field for when the reference was made.

Provider Profile You’ll see some clean new formatting on your provider profiles, plus we’ve added board certifications and expiration dates to round out the profile.
Team Profile: We gave you team profiles last month – now, you can toggle not just between your practice locations, but also any of the hospital affiliations your providers are associated with. Click on the facility name to switch to another profile.
