Reports:
Completed Items: Check the Issues column for this new web report, which shows you how much information OneView has about your providers. Use the Onboarding column to see how far your providers are in the signup process, or hover over the numbers in the Forms, Documents, Logins, and Tasks columns to see how many items are in each section, and when they were completed.
Recredentialing: This one’s been around for a while, but we’ve upgraded the payors column to match your alerts settings. If you turn alerts on in the Payors section of Manage Credentials, you won’t see the payor name anymore in the recredentialing report.
Email Addresses: Are your providers Gmail users? You might have noticed that if you enter a Gmail address with a period (.) before the @ symbol, the period will disappear. That’s ok – it goes to the same inbox anyway, but we put a little help tip there to make sure that it’s clear.
Services Tab: It’s not gone – it just moved neighborhoods. Look for the information icon up in the top right of the page to find the Services section.
New Users: If you are just joining us recently, OneView can be a little confusing. When you use Forms, Tasks, and Logins for the first time, look for a blue banner across the page – it will explain how to get started.
