Modio Health Database Upgrade – Scheduled Maintenance
Greetings from your Modio support team. We wanted to reach out concerning an upcoming upgrade to our database. Below are the key details you need to know –
What We’re Doing
We’ll be performing an in-place upgrade of our SQL database within our AWS environment. This upgrade will not involve any changes to the underlying infrastructure. As a cloud-based platform, we are able to address this efficiently.
When we’re doing it
The upgrade will take place during a scheduled maintenance window starting Saturday, October 19th at 12:00 PM (noon) EST and ending Sunday, October 20th at 6:00 PM EST. During this time, OneView will be temporarily unavailable. null
