Colorado & Indiana State License Updaters: Are these your wildest dreams, or just Modio being Modio? Decide for yourself – we have not one but two new state board integrations  in the licensure section. Along with the existing CA, TX, VA, and WA updaters, you can use these integrations to get primary source-verified data about your providers’ licensure.

Bulk Payor Add: It gets tedious adding the same payor data over and over to your providers, doesn’t it? We’ve got a solution for that! Use the Bulk Add feature in the Payors section to copy payor data from 4 possible choices.

• Practice/Employer/Facility Affiliations: Pick this to copy all the payors associated with one of these facilities over to your provider.
• Another Provider: Pick this to copy all the payors listed in one provider’s profile to your provider.
• Payor State: Pick this to copy all payors in your team belonging to one state over to your provider.
• Payor Name(s): Or use this field to add specific payors by name to your provider.

Summary Page: You need to see the important things in the Summary section. We’re making sure that happens by adding pending affiliations and more malpractice info (Carrier/Insurer/Producer Name, Insurer State, and Coverage Type) to your summaries.

New Document Type: Organize away with the new document type “State Exclusions”, under the group Verifications. You can also choose this new option when you’re uploading a file to the Licensure section.

Facility Information: If you’re one of our clients with 50 locations, you’ll appreciate this update – we’re adding to new fields to our facilities to capture information like Mailing Address and Business Hours. Check out the new additions by viewing your team profile in OneView.

CSV Reports: Take a look at the updated Payor CSV Report – we’ve updated it to include facility and payor credentialing dates. Don’t remember where to find those? Select a facility from “Practice/Employer/Facility Affiliations” when you’re adding a payor, then click on the facility name to add the payor-specific dates.
