State License Updaters:

This year, we’ve made a huge effort to get you updaters for MDs and DOs in all of the available states – and we’ve done it! We’ve released the last few updaters for primary title coverage this week, and we’ll keep on trekking through 2019 to bring you support for even more titles.

• Nursys – This is a big one! Nursys is available for any state where we didn’t previously have nursing title support, like ID, MO, and more. Please note that right now, Nursys doesn’t replace any existing updaters for states that provide their own nursing license verification – it just fills the gaps.
• Alaska – MD, DO, DPM, PAs, nursing, dental, therapy, pharmacy, social work, and more!
• Rhode Island – MD, DO, PAs, nursing, dental, therapy, social work, and more!
• Vermont – MD, DO, DPM, PAs, counseling, dental, therapy, pharmacy, and more!
• Wyoming – MD and DO

New DC Updater:

Thanks to our proactive clients (that’s you!), we were able to get the updater for the new DC medical board website online in time for the new year! This one works just like the old updater, but is hooked up to the new site so you can pull the most accurate info.

OIG Updater:

Just like our state license goal, this one’s been in the works for a long time, too. You can now pull primary source updates from OIG and upload a PDF copy of the results without leaving OneView! The OIG updater is available from the Team page – just click on a provider’s profile icon, then click on the updater button next to the OIG section.

DEA Methadone Updater:

You may have noticed that your DEA numbers beginning in X (methadone-specific DEA numbers) weren’t hooked up to an updater before. Well… they are now! You can run the updater for X-DEA numbers in OneView and save a PDF of the records to your provider’s profile just like any other license verification.

Bulk Additions to Practice/Employer:

You loved the bulk addition tool for Affiliations, so we decided to add it for the Practice/Employer section too! Click the Find button to search for and copy practices from other teams and providers, just like you’re used to doing with Affiliations.

Logins:

We’ve added a number of new logins recently, primarily for state Medicaid portals. Remember, we encrypt all logins added to OneView, so you can rest assured that your sensitive data is safe with us.
