Compliance Reports:

“Reply all” might be your worst enemy, but “send all” is genius. We added a new checkbox in this report that let you add all providers, all coordinators, or both when you send an email alert.

Inviting Providers:

After you invite a provider to join Modio, you can check the status of the invite in the “New Invitations” section below. You might notice the missing X button to remove people from the list – we took it out so that nobody accidentally gets invited twice.

Tasks:

Make sure everyone’s on the same page when you create tasks. Now, when you add a new task, you’ll notice that it defaults to share with the other coordinators in your group.  

CAQH Logins:

Spot the difference… where did the CAQH account info go? You’re used to seeing it on the Personal Info page, but we’ve made a new place for it in the Logins section. Account data saved here is safer and more secure. If you already added CAQH info for your providers on the old page, let us know and we’ll help you transfer it over.

Personal Info:

Credentialing applications are pretty nosy, so we’ve added Start Date and End Date to the Previous Addresses section. You can also put in zipcodes in 00000-0000 format, too.

Certifications:

Bet you didn’t recognize this section after its makeover! Here’s what’s new:

• We added an Exam date field
• The “Board Eligible” checkbox is now at the top of the section
• The Notes field is always available
• MOC Status is now a select menu (choose from Not Participating or Participating).

It’s not quite ready yet, but it’s coming! In the next week, watch out for a change – when you pick a Practice/Employer/Hospital Affiliation in the Payor section, you can double click on the facility name to open up and edit these new fields:
