Account Updates: We recently identified an issue affecting OneView performance, causing intermittent slowdowns and unexpected logouts for some clients. This issue stemmed from an incompatibility between our authentication system, Okta, and OneView. Our engineering team has implemented a solution to address this problem and is actively working on additional measures to optimize performance and user experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

V2 Updates: Additional IDs Grid: We are pleased to announce the addition of a new grid within the Provider Info section of OneView V2 for managing Additional IDs. This enhancement enables clients to capture common IDs that are not universally required across all credentialing processes.

• Key updates include:
• All ID types from V1 are now available in V2, with the option for clients to request additional ID types through the existing support process.
• Identification numbers will be masked for privacy and security.
• Any IDs added in OneView V1 will be visible in V2, including any relevant information in the new Legacy Notes field.

Profile Card: We are excited to announce an enhancement to the Profile Card in OneView V2. The Profile Card, accessible via the right-click menu in the Provider Info grid, now includes direct links to relevant Carbon updaters for seamless updates and management of provider information.

• The following updaters are now available through the Profile Card:
• NPPES Updater
• OIG Updater
• State, DEA, and Controlled Substance License Updaters

In addition, users can now easily access the CV generation feature directly from the V2 Profile Card. Check the Onboarding section of the Profile Card to start tracking and view the Onboarding status of your provider! These improvements are designed to streamline your workflow and provide more efficient access to update provider data.

Document Sharing: Our sharing enhancement is here! Start at the V2 single provider view, navigate to the Documents Grid in V2, and select the email icon. Then select the list of documents you would like to share. Once your list of documents is selected, use the dropdown to forward a secure link containing the selected documents to any of the coordinators on your team!* This includes Full access and Read Only coordinators.
* For security purposes, only users signed into OneView that were included in the recipient field can open the link and download the file(s) sent.

Logo Updates: While users have always been able to add logos for their teams, there hasn’t been a quick and easy way to remove a logo. Now within V2, you can easily remove your team logo. From your team settings menu, click on “Upload a logo.” To remove the team logo, simply click on the “Remove Logo” option in the bottom left-hand side of the pop-up, and you’re done!

Bulk Document Uploads: You will now be able to upload multiple documents in the V2 Documents grid like you can in V1! While in Single Provider View, multiple files can be dragged & dropped or selected after clicking the “Add” button. A pop-up will then appear allowing you to edit the document details (name, type, expiration, permission) for each file.

Multi-Select Filtering: To help you with your data management and review, we’re adding multi-select filtering options in columns across V2 grids. You can now use multi-select filtering in the following grids and columns:

• All grids – Tags Column
• State Licenses grid – Status column
• DEA Licenses grid – Status column
• State Controlled Substance Licenses – Status column

Next, we’ll be adding this feature to the Title and Primary Specialty columns across all grids!
